Since 2006, our housing helplines have received hundreds of thousands of calls from Coloradans looking for housing answers.

It started with the Colorado Foreclosure Hotline, helping people across the state connect with housing counseling agencies that could assist homeowners trying to fight off the pressures of the Great Recession. In 2014, we answered the call to provide support for renters struggling to make it in a housing market that was becoming more difficult to survive. Colorado Housing Connects went live, a helpline that would answer all sorts of housing questions.

Now we face a new challenge: helping Coloradans with their housing needs in a time of skyrocketing costs. Whether you are a homeowner facing foreclosure or a renter facing eviction, we are here for you.  Colorado Housing Connects is your eviction and foreclosure prevention partner. We don’t stop there though. Whatever your housing question may be, we’re bringing answers home.
